Me and my 2 sisters came here around 4 for an early dinner - late lunch. If you've ever been to red robin before this one was no different with decor. Posters all over the walls with lots of colors and hanging blimp from the ceiling. When we got there we sat down immediately to find the same items on the menu that were there even 6 years ago, but also some newer burger options as.well but we stuck with the classics. Our food came out in about 20 minutes and we were a but surprised at the size. The burgers were substantially smaller with less filling. Mine was missing the sauce... and the wrap was extremely empty that my sister got. For bottomless fries they gave us about 6 on our plate and it took them at least 10 min for a refill. The prices are nothing too bad tho, just about 10$ a person for a quick sit down meal. I'd go back for something while we on the road since we were dropping my sister off at college and just wanted to eat something near by.

Omg 2nd time here and absolutely love it. Their food is awesome! We had tortilla chips with Baja dipping sauce!, it was an appetizer but we definitely wanted seconds. They play the best music, it fits the food! Our fave!

I have only had the burgers here and they are fabulous! Cooked to perfection with a delicious char grill flavor. There is an endless amount of toppings and sauces as well. A nice touch was the homemade chips. Even though RR is a chain, I really enjoyed everything from burgers, appetizers, and fancy cocktails. The service was efficient, friendly and more than willing to answer questions and make suggestions. This is not the place for a romantic evening as it is very family oriented and kid friendly. Music was a little loud for my taste as were the TVs in the bar area. Overall I have never had a bad experience at RR...YUMMMMM

The service at this establishment has greatly increased since my last review. The staff is a lot friendlier and makes your experience enjoyable. My personal favorite burger is the blue ribbon burger. It's packed with blue cheese crumbles and onion straws. It seriously makes your mouth say yum!!

What can I add to a fast food burger chain ? The burgers are good,endless fries but do you pay for it. I feel it's a little pricey for a burger and fries !! The service was good and it's seems they evaluate their servers a lot ..

I'm from Columbia, MD and I love our Red Robin. The staff always holds the door open to greet you when you walk in, and there are always plenty of hosts to seat you. This Red Robin was different. We had difficulty finding it because the address led our GPS to a grocery store. When we called for directions the guy replied "Well I can see Target from here." That didn't really help. When we arrived the guy said "Oh you guys got lost? Are you from around here?" What a dick. When we left he shouted "Good luck with your GPS!" Yeah, so not a great experience. Also, our waitress was clueless. She kept trying to sell us IMAX movie passes, despite the fact that we told her several times that we don't live nearby and won't be staying in the area.

I've eaten at sever Red Robin restaurants over the years and this one doesn't hit the mark. The food is decent enough, burgers and fried appetizers with a smattering of other menu items. The onion rings are worth trying and are consistently good. The service at this location was awful. It was a crowded Friday night and I was eating with my parents. We waited for about 20 minutes to be seated and were put at the first booth inside the door. I thought it would be a great location as our server needed to pass by us each time she went to the service window, but much to my dismay it wasn't. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer and each a different burger for the main course. After taking our order and waiting for about 20 minutes about the food, she said it would be right out. I specifically asked her to make sure we got our appetizer before the burgers and she said not to worry. Suddenly, after another 5-10 minutes, our burgers show up before the onion rings. To make matters worse, the burgers were brought to us by another server. A half a beat later our server shows up with a fake apologetic attitude and onion rings in hand. We asked to see the manager who was nice enough to remove the appetizer from our check, but money wasn't the issue. It makes me wonder if the server who brought our food saw it sitting in the window and wanted to get it out to us before it got cold, not knowing our actual server messed up and put the orders in at the same time. Not a place I would recommend unless you have a group of finicky kids who want plain food quickly.

I like building my own burger and my server has never seemed annoyed by my picky choices. The host/hostess usually sucks, but the server is usually good. They have a new machine that sits at the table that you can order drinks, desserts and other stuff, it has games and stuff too, and the best part is you can pay through it. That is extremely helpful when you just want to get out and not have to wait for your server. It's red before you pay and green when your payment processed. Real easy to use.

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, Food is nothing but FRESH. Asked the waitres if the meat was fresh or frozen and she was very infomative. Knew everything I wanted to know. Prompt service, friendly and fun atmosphere. A great place for families. They have a full bar which is also nice. Who doesn't like burgers and beers? Love the blu ribbon burger. Was PERFECT. Would recommend to everyone,
